Hello Orff Friends!
We are very excited to have you interested in joining Prairie Winds Orff! You will find that this group is a very welcoming and knowledgable group! We have many members that have wonderful lessons, ideas, and advice to help you through the school year! Below you will find some wonderful introductory lessons from some of our board members! We will be adding lessons throughout the year, so check back! If you like the lessons below, you will love our workshops and chapter shares this year! Come and join Prairie Winds Orff for fun singing, saying, moving, playing, and creating with friends and colleagues! This is one of my favorites in K-1 for many reasons. I love to let the little make up movement to each section. We notice that the first phrase is the same as the fourth and we love to do it in a spoken round with movement. Check out the file below for some rhythm cards to go with it!
